Fayetteville is pretty nice. Other areas near there that are nice include Peachtree city, Hampton and McDonough. College Park is the ghetto and not a nice place to raise kids. Some parts of Lithonia are nice, but some aren't. The nice parts of Atlanta are the northern parts, north atlanta or almost anything north of the city outside the perimeter. There are a lot of people in these areas and traffic is terrible.

Hope this helps.

This is where Fayetteville or Peachtree City has a leg up. It's a very nice area. No ghettos. It's a nice area of Atlanta's southside. Traffic is not bad into Atlanta when you're coming from the south end.
As a resident, I can say Fayetteville is a great place for families!

Since the OP last posted in March of 2006, I sincerely doubt that he will receive this very informative message.
