I've seen forums with alot of detailed information about the dominicans and going natural and all that, but thats NOT what I'm looking for.
I'm looking for someone who is very talented, who can COLOR, PERM, DO SEW-INS, CUTS, SILK PRESS, ETC. I like variety, today I may want to wear a long cute ponytail and tomorrow, I may want a sew-in with hi-lights. And I have really thick, long, and coarse hair and really have to find someone who can work with it. I've gone to

I'm looking for someone who produce quality work and is in the Atlanta area, Decatur area, or even South (like Riverdale, College Park, etc).
