71 of 73 precints are reporting, Copenhaver had 64.3%, Gilyard 17.93%, & Lori Davis 17.66%.

I think Deke might run for Governor after being our mayor. The mayor won the election with over 60% of the vote again.

The 2010 edition of the 100 Most Influential Georgians: Georgia's Power List. Deke Copenhaver is ranked #18 out of the top 100. Deke has the highest ranking of any mayor in the entire state of GA. Mayor Otis Johnson of Savannah comes in next at #45. The mayor of Atlanta Kasim Reed is ranked at #75 on the list.

What I'm most surprised about is that Gilyard got as many, if not more, votes than Davis did...especially when you consider the fact that you rarely heard from Gilyard, especially in the media...

The Gil Gilyard campain needs to be commended for their grass roots efforts.

The Georgia Most Influential list is acutally is abc order lol..
