Can someone recommend a good playground in the Evans/Martinez area for small children? Something for them to climb in/on would be great. And something that's free, not where you're charged a membership.

The park off Mayo and Stevens Creek is called Brookfield. Great place to relax, large fountain and even a small putting green.

Brookfield and Warren Road parks are both located in West Augusta... Some of the areas in West Augusta have a Martinez address, so the parks are in close proximity to a large portion of Martinez.. I suggest trying out Riverside park if you lived in Evans... Warren road is a good distance away if somebody live in the Greenbrier area of Evans...

Another good one is the park behind the Library in Evans off of Ronald Reagan Drive and the park at the Savannah River pavilion at the end of Evans to Locks road.
