What about putting the amusement park on the border line of augusta and north augusta i520 so both cities can fund the AP and make money. Then put some hotel restaurant some like north and south carolina done with Carowind but not the same size. I think if both cities come together on this project it will get done and get support from both states. The name can be 2state amusement park that got a good ring to it.

Yes, because the amusement park in Myrtle Beach they built (Hard Rock Park/Freestyle Music Park) was soo successful. A person would have to be dumb, crazy, and stupid to invest building an amusement park in Augusta.

You right. If they can come up with a Master Plan together then they can do the same for the amusement park.

unlike Sc and Nc there is a river that seperates Ga and Sc. Around 520 would not be a good location because of the chemical plant which has release product into the atmosphere which caused the evacuation of many East Augusta residents. I could only imagine trying to evacuate an amusement park.

freestyle/freedom park was in a bad location if it was up in the area around broadway beach in would more than likely have been a success.

Not really, if they did you would come, even if only once because it would be something different and new, and if you had a pleasant time you would come back.
