It's already been approved, most of funding is in place and the land is being cleared; The developers have been given the Ok to start marketing the development for tenents..... I heard that construction could start as soon as next year.

Seems like the New "U" is going to bring a few new high rises to downtown, that should make the city seem a bit larger when crossing in over from South Carolina and coming down River Watch into Down town.

It probably won't be anything taller than what is already existing around GHSU...

I hope I'm wrong and they're forced to build up b/c of land limitations, still way to early, but should look nice coming across the 13th street bridge regardless!
