We are a family with twins preschoolers children, and we will relocating to Augusta Ga form Puerto Rico, my husband will work at Fort Gordon. Where is the best place to rent a house? I am torn between Grovetown, Evans and Martinez. We want that neighborhood feel with great schools and charm. Want to know stores, hospitals or good medical services are a close drive and which area gives you the best Ammenities?. Is one area more inviting than the other? also I would like to know how is the cost of living there. Thanks.

All are good fits Evans and Martinez are currently more developed with more of a variety of shopping. Grovetown is up and coming and a little bit closer to base. Evans would have have the best amenities and us closer to the Lake. All are in Columbia County which has a collection of some of the best schools in this area.
