The new landscaping surrounding the Village at Riverwatch is completed. More new businesses are coming soon.

Still waiting on anything more than a faded sign about a liquor license meeting for Dave & Busters. After having a look at how underwhelming the TopGolf under construction is, I have apprehensions about what D&B's might be if it ever comes to fruition.

Hating on Augusta's progress look bad on you all. If Evans was doing better than Augusta it won't be any hate. For example, if Evans was like Atlanta n Augusta having the same growth as of today I can not see you all hating on Augusta.

There's a big difference in "hating on" and being a realist.

There’s no hate at all. Top golf was a disappointment. I’ve always said, “do it well, or not at all”. They should have held off on TG until the area could support it. Just being real.

Is the TopGolf there only one level? That’s truly unfortunate if it is.

I heard metros the size of Greenville upper floors aren’t consistently busy enough. Main reason Chattanooga and Augusta were selected for the new concept.

You need to pick better sources or drive up here and see. Greenville's Topgolf is consistently packed. You have to wait to get a bay. Chattanooga and Augusta don't have metros pushing 1 million people.
