When you ride through downtown Augusta the construction and progress being made is very visible. The construction going on downtown will continue to push the city forward.

While riding on broad street today I notice some new construction.

The Green Building, 10th and Broad-commercial offices & lofts upstairs

The Emporium-10 luxury condos & retail space

The changes to Ellis street will be dramatic because of the new development along that way.

I hope so. But I'll be skeptical. i think that they need to get Broad and Reynolds going...Before anyting gets done on Ellis. I've lived downtown for almsot two years and have not seen all of the promised improvemnts come to pass. We can only hope that Broad and Reynolds and the connecting streets continue to improve.
