Hmm...I guess they are planning on locating here. I wonder where they're going, it would be nice if it was at the Village at Riverwatch, that would give that place the jump start it needs.

I looked up what kind of place it is and it seems like a pretty neat store. I'll have to stay tuned to see how this all pans out.

From looking at their diffrent locations on the website. I would say Village at Riverwatch, Wheeler Town Park, and Augusta Exchange.. They all have a good shot to land the store.

Well that'd be cool for something like that to come downtown. Hopefully they are going there and that isn't just some contact address.

I don't know how likely or unlikely this is, but wouldn't it be cool if they located in the Ft. Discovery building? The store's website says that their stores range in size up to 58,000 sq. ft. Each floor of the Ft. Discovery building is 60,000 sq. ft. Just a thought, what do you all think?

I am from Indiana and just visited home last month for a minor surgery and was in our Christmas Tree Shop for the first time (it is new there as well). It is a very neat store. Similar to a Walmart/Dollar Tree/Big Lots cross. I really enjoyed it and the prices are great on most things. I got a 4th of July outfit for my dog, and I love my husband keychain, a keyholder wall hook, and a picture from for less than 10 dollars! I hope it comes soon

From the Augusta Chronicle:

Quote:
Another Bed Bath & Beyond offshoot store is headed for Augusta.

Last year, the company opened a BuyBuy Baby in Augusta Exchange. Now one of its Christmas Tree Shops is coming to Augusta.

Don't let the name fool you, it is not a Christmas-theme store. The store sells bargain home décor.

Look for it to open in the fall, the company says, in the old Circuit City in Augusta Exchange.

Bed Bath & Beyond has another subsidiary, Harmon Face Values, a beauty retailer, that isn't yet in this market.

Makes you wonder if that one is next to arrive here.
