Going to be installing some corner flashing and wondering if anyone can recommend an EIFS licensed repairman?

As an architect, I'm not real fond of EIFS, it can be a good construction method of installed correctly, which is the real weakness, getting a proper installation. Too many installers try to take shortcuts and not do it correctly. I would never buy an existing EIFS structure without extensive testing to make sure it was installed correctly to begin with.
If it is installed with an adequate moisture barrier and drainage system, as described here

Fine. Otherwise, run far, far, away. The mold and mildew problems can be horrendous.

We're well aware of the EIFS mold issues and took that into consideration when purchasing this home. With that said, it's too little too late, as we already own the home.
I'll take a look at the link you've provided. I have a leaky roof, that unfortunately may require some EIFS repair.
