Specifically taking advantage of Austin Energy's rebates? My setup is not ideal for tankless due to all the extra and rather expensive piping required. Some of these systems look to have roof-mounted tanks which would be great for me as it would free up some interior space. I saw tons of these in Israel so I'm not wary of the technology.

I had a system, with a roof mounted tank, in Hawaii, however it also used the normal electric tank as well (it was a pre-heat system).
