I'll be moving back to TX in Sept. Been looking at the Dripping Springs area since I'll be working in N San Antonio and my wife will be working in Austin. Does anyone know the Dripping Spring neighborhoods well? We'll be looking for homes between 300-400k. Location near a park or greenbelt would be ideal since we have 2 little ones. Preferable 0.25acre lot or above with trees.

TIA!

There are a bunch of different subdivisions to choose from that have schools near and parks and pools:

RimRock - Central Texas Hill Country Ranchland Home Sites - Rim Rock
Belterra
Highpointe
Sawyer Ranch

not as much land and it's closer to Austin than Dripping Springs but you may want to check out:
Covered Bridge
Circle C

You might want to search the boards, there have been lots of discussions about these different places.
You really will have to drive around to get a sense of them. It's hard to make a decision just from the internet.
