It really depends on your policy. On my current insurance, I pay $350 for my first set of vials in January due to a $350 co pay and $7 for each set the rest of the year. On my previous insurance, I paid $25 each time.

Regardless, it's well worth it.

I am from Texas but do not live there right now. I too have many allergies and when you move you will have allergies in the new location also. Try getting air purifiers for your home, car, work, or wherever you go. These are the best devices made. They help a lot. Replace air filters on each item requiring them often (as required in regular seasons, once a month in the season you have the largest reactions). Get rid of your carpet and create a spot outside of your house to leave your shoes. If bringing them inside, have a cleaning spot outside to remove most of the pollen before entering. Drink lots of fluids they help reduce allergy response. Hope this helps.

Zyrtex and Nasanex helps, but I don't feel 100%. 6 months out of the year I'm pretty stuffy. Cedar season is impossible to feel well.

It's nasty out there, and I'm ready to rip my nose off! Take an allergy pill everyday without fail during this time of year (I have to keep reminding myself of that). Take a shower at the end of the day to get all of the pollen off of you. Keep your windows closed at night and leave your shoes outside, or at least by the front door. And if you have ceiling fans - make sure to dust the top blades off. I had really mild allergies in CA, but Austin is bad. Of course I knew that moving here, so I was fairly warned.
