Hi everyone,

It's my husband's 40th and we would like to have a party with a hog roast. I can't find anywhere that just offers the actual rotisserie set up needed to cook the hog!

If any of you know where I could hire one...please let me know.

Thanks

Ali

You might try asking a butcher in the HEB you go to or a stand alone butcher shop. Might call Hudson's processing and ask them. Good luck..love a well done pig!

There are tons of people out there, look in the phone book or google it with your zip code. Good luck!

There ARE tons of people out there...who do catering...but there are not tons of people out there who hire out rotisseries. I have already tried google and yellow pages...in desperation I turned here

Try looking/posting on a BBQ forum. Many of the people who do BBQ competitions (with those crazy-looking BBQ pits/cookers) usually do onsight cateriing as well.
