Steiner Ranch is one of my top choices to live. Is there a more desirable part of Steiner Ranch? It would be nice to be close to the community centers. Also, which homes are the best there? It's okay if they are all sold. I'll look at the resale homes.

Thanks for your help!

It depends on what other sub-components make up what is desirable to you. Is it the lower cost per square foot? If so, then Canyon Glen is probably lowest cost per square foot, and it is the closest to the entrance. Majestic Oaks has several resales, and is close to John Simpson Comm. Center.

Moving the other direction on per square foot scale, then there is Lakewood Hills, or Savannah Point. Both are very nice, but watch out for the street side lots in Lakewood Hills.

I personally like Summer Vista, because walking to the Exemplary schools, or at least biking to the schools is doable, and also, you are close to the newest community center, which hopefully you have seen. The builders in Summer Vista have some nice models.

If you can wait, there will be new 70' and 80' sections opening up, the new sections are Tierra Grande, Monterey, Palisades, and Belcara (might be 50' lots).
