Happy Thanksgiving Austin.

I hope you are with who you want to be with, and eating what you want to Eat.

I am thankful for the roof over my head, the food in my belly, the money in my pocket and a husband to come home too.

8 lb turkey breast has been in the roaster since 10:30 AM
double batch of turkey gravy
sweet tater side is ready to go
2 dozen deviled eggs have been in the fridge since yesterday
fresh squash ready to sautee
rolls are rising
steamed broccoli

one DIL bringing the standard green bean casserole , the other DIL bringing the vegan pumpkin pie & tofu "field roast".
Son is bringing a smoked ham.

The real pumpkin and chocolate meringue pies were fresh baked this morning along with the Mimosa & Bloody Mary:

We helped to feed some of the homeless this morning. Reminded once again how lucky we are. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
