v r moving to austin next month n will rent an apartment near by parmer ln,austin so is it safe area to live?

That area, in general, is fine. There are better and worse areas depending on where on Parmer you are, but none if is really bad at all.

Eastside, meaning East Austin. Not everything east of 35 is unsafe.

All area is bad in Austin, Texas it only depend on the kind of person you are that cause the area to become bad. Ok!

Austin really doesn't have many "Bad" areas. Where you're looking I'm thinking it's fine. Places such as Airline and 51st, East Braker, close in to the airport, and Central Austin East of 35 would be some of the less desirable places to live.

It's just east of UT, on the east side of I35. It's one of the first east Austin neighborhoods that gentrified...
