Anyone lived in Marquis at Great hills before? Looking to spend roughly 1k a month for 850+ sqft unit in Austin. Any recommendations thanks

You might want to check out ApartmentRatings.com. I always value the positive reviews on that site more than the negative reviews, but it gives you an idea of how it is. If everyone complains about not enough parking and very thin walls then it could be something to keep in mind. See link below.

Yes we lived there for a year (2011) after just moving here. Can't remember the sq.ft of our apt. but it was a two bedroom with den. We liked it a lot. They have a nice pool and a new club house.
