Great News

This OP announcement is of far greater import..... than (for example) some stinkin' burger joint coming to Tejas (one that might put blasphemous russian dressing on a perfectly good beef patty)....or some socal second rate grocery store named Jose's.

Viva Royer's.

Wait, what?! What happened to Toy Joy? How did I not know that it had gone away -- did it relocate?

And then pie!! Whoo-hoo! No more long drive to Round Top!

This is the kind of thing you attract when you create a dense, vibrant, walkable city.

Yes, I do. Do you realize that the University area (and most University areas) has been walkable and vibrant since long before either of us were here (or even on the planet) and that without intense density or high rise buildings? Imagine that!
