Sweetwater is nice. We don't live there but we purchased a home there about a year ago for my in-laws to live in. We take our 4 yo twins over on weekends and there are no shortage of kids to play with in their cul de sac. The neighbors/parents are really friendly too. Good luck!

We are building there and hope to move in less than a month.
We go during the weekends to check on the construction of the house and take my 3yr old to the park.
We do see kids who happen to play in the park/pool area.

We once went to the pool party and Halloween fest and there were a zillion kids out there.
So it is a kid friendly community from the feedback I have got so far.

We are also looking at Sweetwater, it was recommended to us by a business acquaintance. It is very nice, beautiful location, a lot of kids, and nice homes. We are looking at the Drees homes. they seem priced well, and the builders seem very flexible in customizing their homes.
