I am a 37 yr old, responsible, healthy & God fearing mother looking to move back to Texas & start over! Within the next two years, my 12 yr old son & my 9 yr old daughter, our 2 trail horses, 2 dogs & 2 cats will be looking to start over in a safe & humble horse community in Texas. We'd like to find a farm or horse property to rent (no more than $1000/mo) with a well maintained home, in a county with pretty land, affordable, middle class living, with a great school, good southern christian families & things to do for fun to offer our family. Good soil and trails, & low crime rates are also important to us. We are coming from Missouri and are use to hills, wildlife, rivers & deciduous trees. I hear Austin is beautiful & we love our music too, but do not want to be within the limits of a big city or it's suburbs. We like the country
Please share with us information & opinions on any properties & cities between the Austin & The Woodlands that may fit what our family is looking for. Dallas & Houston are two cities I have no interest in being any where near.
