I'm trying to purchase a house and maybe hoping to rent a room out. I would like hear some personal experience with renting out a room in North Austin area (north burnet, wells branch, west side of pflugerville etc.)

I didn't have too hard of a time renting out a room using CL. The main problem I had was finding some one who wasn't very weird(CL is full of them!) but it all worked out in the end.
