What's going on in Dimmit County? Oil?

Out-of-state high-tech spots, big Eastern cities, and out-of-state retirement places in red lines. Seattle, Orlando, Huntsville, AL (NASA), Rio Rancho, NM (Intel), Albany and Ithaca (why?), Santa Barbara, Durango and Steamboat Springs (skiing), Tulsa (oil?), the Ozarks, New Orleans, New York, Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, Louisville, Raleigh, Augusta (golf?), Virginia Beach (the Navy?), Boston and Hartford.
