Hi there.
We're on the hunt for a new home after ten years. These neighborhoods have our interest. I'd like to know some of your thoughts on them (especially those who live in these neighborhoods).

Magnolia Estates (Pflugerville)
Lake Forest
Reserve at Forest Ridge
Oak Bluff Estates
Tonkawa Springs
Hidden Glen/Wood Glen
The Plantation
Forest Creek

Our primary target area is South of 79, to the 45/130 toll road area. These neighborhoods have distinct differences so I'm interesting in hearing what folks have to say.

We have friends that live at tonkawa springs. It is pretty awesome. They have a huge lot that backs up to an all year creek that they can kayak in. The schools are good and there are lots of kids in the neighborhood. It is my ideal house except it is a bit far out for me. I think we have to take the 1431 exit to get there from the 183A toll. Keep in mind that the north south routes are brutal but usually not until you get to the non toll area (parmer, 183, mopac)

Now that 1431 is built up though they have a ton of amenities

Thanks for the info! The Tonkawa house was under contract in less than a day, but at least I have some feedback to go by if another listing pops up.

I live in Forest Creek Rialise, it's a nice, quiet, family oriented neighborhood, good HEB on Gattis Rd, great 24 hour fitness in the Stone Hill Center, good golf courses close by.
