Thanks TXEX - He will be departing about 4!
Ya, I'm a very understanding spouse, that and I have no desire to go all the way to San Marcos to have dinner with a friend of DH's that he has not seen in 40 years haha

From Leander to San Marcos - 75 - 90 min. tops.

- 183 (or Parmer) South to 45 Toll East.
- 45 Toll East to I 30 Toll South.
- I 30 Toll South curves (to the west after passing the airport) over to I 35 South (just south of Onion Creek) on some western spur. Don't keep going south on I 30 to Seguin.
- I 35 into San Marcos.

Easy Peasy.

I'd be surprised if it doesn't take at least 2 hours, given that he will be traveling across town during rush hour.

Why on earth would someone travel across town during rush hour when he doesn't have to?

75 min. using the toll roads. (90 min. tops if there's a slowdown thru Buda). Piece of cake.

You mean SH 130 Toll Road, right? I 30 is up near Dallas.

Yes, SH 45 (toll road) east to SH 130 (toll road) South. I use them twice a month to travel to NB and SA during afternoon rush hour.

I'll be using them this Friday to leave NW Austin at 4:30pm & travel to Corpus.

Sorry for the mislabeling.
