does anyone know anything else about it?

There was an ABJ article about. Cognac and cigar crowd. SE Austin is becoming a playground for the rich people.

Also Perry put out a call for weapons manufacturers to move to friendlier Texas after some NE states passed laws limiting high capacity magazines after Sandy Hook and some companies have taken him up on the offer.

Yeah, it's still pretty blue collar in SE Austin (at least in my neighborhood). We do have nice things though. It's probably more about having undeveloped land than anything else.
