Anyone know of a window covering company that has quality and great prices in the Cedar Park area?

what kind of window covering? I did solar screens on my windows a few years back and really had a good experience with that project and the results, though I can't remember the company I used, sorry. Also worked with another company to have radiant barrier installed, and believe based on conversation, that they do quality residential film installation. Company is Sunsational Solutions, and I worked with Jonathan. I do facilities design and energy consulting as a mechanical engineer, so IMHO am somewhat experienced on this subject. Get something with a high infrared heat rejection rating, and/or low SHGC (solar heat gain coefficient).

Thank you for your input which was very informative. Being an mechanical engineer you have indepth knowledge which I certainly don't. Just looking for plantation shutters for the new home we just bought in Cedar Park. I will keep Sunsational Solutions and Jonathan's name on file if we decide to go that direction.

I've got a similar house (L-shaped single level farm-style) near Parmer Mopac and also thought shudders would be a wonderful addition... But honestly kind of forgot about that trying to get some more pressing "functional" things working right on the house. Be sure to send me a message if you find a good contractor for your project, however! Best of luck!

We used Austintatious Blinds and Shutters for our faux wood blinds and real wood shutters. They outsource the product, but the prices were great and they install for free.
