They built a big giant venue. There’s very limited services.

Dove Springs and Montopolis will be very strong in the next 5 years if only because Oracle plans to bring up to 10,000 jobs to their Riverside campus. Project Catalyst may dwarf that as well longer term.

While many/most people who work at Oracle will want to live within walking distance of the place in apartments and condos, for those who are a bit older or are married, the two best undervalued options for such people, given traffic flows, are these single family neighborhoods as they are close and allow one to avoid I-35, and one doesn't have to cross LBL.
