I don't know how large the lots are, but from the street, they look like pretty big yards, with lots of trees. It really is a very nice area of Austin.

Anderson High School is located about a half block north of Steck Avenue on Mesa Drive and it is one of the higher rated public schools in Travis County.

At Mesa and 2222, there's hiking trails and greenspace, Emma Long Park is right down the road on 2222. It's one of the nicest city parks in Austin.

mesa is nw hills and is one of the more expensive areas in town. The lots look large, but they arent really. 1/2 acre would be the largest. The houses run about 800K, with 300K being a townhome.

The OP can find what they want but as I wrote it will be south of 71, west of 620 and north of 45, possibly north of 1431, though there are pockets as you go more west.

There is an interesting development in lago vista where all the lots are tax sales. You could buy 4 .25 acre lots there for about 25K from the city.

https://www.connectionsacademy.com/o...ology/connexus is a online school for homeschoolers. For Texas, Its a public school run by Houston ISD. The students get the same education as you do sitting in a class and its accredited the same as a local public school. My grandson goes to it. He goes online everyday communicates with his teachers they do everything on the computer. They do meet ups in their local community with other home schoolers. The students have an app that they can communicate with others in their classes. Its very much like the school your students go to everyday.
