My 55 run was almost all battery and doing no more than 40 MPH

Just got my tire installed on my SS so I’m doing what .. 23 on the street and 28 on the highway :P
And that’s in the Prius? You need a serious upgrade. Even on a low day Im at 42.

I took a walk around Domain after work. Friday evening and it’s nowhere near as lively as it used to be on a normal week day. Microsoft Store also appears to be permanently closed ... They had a cool racing simulation of CoTA too the Christmas before the Pandemic.

Has the rental market been impacted at all by the influx of relocations? I did a brief scan and for the most part it seems pretty normal still.

Lots on incentives to get people to move. A friend who moved the week lockdown started just resigned her lease and they didn't change a thing in her lease to keep her where she's at. Unless they raise my rent by $100 I'm not going anywhere.
