Any way to tell how long a property has been on the market using the address or MLS number?

Not unless you're a realtor.

I used to track houses I was interested in before I purchased, so I had an idea (as well as any price changes), but your realtor should tell you how long a house has been on the market.

That info is a must if your considering making an offer.

I've seen the days on market info on some internet real estate listing sites. I think ziprealty.com has it. Unfortunately, only realtors with access to MLS can tell you if a house has been relisted which is often what happens after it's been on the market for a while.
