Bee caves was shutdown from Marly to Cuernevaca. We were detoured through the back roads and it took an hour to drive a few miles.

Heard there was a fatal accident? What happened?

A jeep lost control on the wet roads and slid into oncoming traffic hitting a truck head on. The driver of the jeep was killed.

Looks like there was another serious accident in the morning today.

Lots of TV crew at scene and many dozen cops. They were supposedly shielding one the cars with a tarp or something like that.

Yeah, I drove past that one on the way in this AM. DPS is reporting a fatality. As soon as I saw the tarp on the Altima, I knew it wasn't going to be good. There must have been 4-6 cars involved.

Why don't people get it? Rain=slow down.
