I'm off of 620 in between Anderson Mill and Four Points/2222. I saw there was a ARC on Anderson Mill so thanks for all the advice on the ARCs.

I felt like number at ARC.

We switched a few more times and now see a guy who has his own practice and we most definitely do NOT feel like a number and that we need to be out of there in 15 minutes. We have a special needs child who needed a little extra attention and our current ped makes us feel good. He's also board certified and trains medical students.

Joe Cohen - Cedar Park Pediatrics on 183 near Buttercup.

I would highy recommend Dr. Anna Bell at Children's Medical Group. She is centrally located (Lamar & 38th Street) and is extremely friendly and professional. She can always see your child the same day you call and checks in with you the day following. She is never in a rush and does not charge for late night calls. When you call after hours, you will always talk to a doctor (or a nurse with more than 25 yrs experience). You will truly enjoy your visits to her office. She is so reassuring and cheerful. 512.451.5161 cmgaustin.com

ARC is awesome. We are going through illness right now with our 6 year old. His normal ped is Dr. Booker (ARC on Anderson Mill); he's really good with the kids. A week ago from Saturday we went to the after hours clinic at Far West/Mopac and saw Dr. Rice. She is a phenominal doctor; she ordered a STAT CBC and ended up sending us to Dell Childrens (based upon results). My son was admitted and she called the hospital later that afternoon to ask me how he was doing; I was highly impressed with her.

I love the fact they are all computerized. I love the after hours clinic, STAT CBC, X-ray, etc. Communication seems to go well also with my son's illness; they were in communication w/ our admitting pediatricians and our ped gastro specialist.

We like Dr. Caldwell and a new doctor in his practice, Dr. Cassels. They are a small group but it is nice because they have gotten to know us well. They also seem to really care and call us to check up if we were seen recently.

I wanted to add another recommendation for Dr. Dan Terwelp's office on Far West. We have taken our son there for 3 years and it is excellent! Dr. Jennifer Jones, who also works with Dr. Terwelp, is a long time friend of ours, and she is also excellent. It is a small office, but the service is very personalized and they remembered my son after the very first visit.
