We just used Peppermint for the first time a week and a half ago and were pretty impressed. They were quite a bit less than the other places I called and did an excellent job. 4 person crew was over here for over an hour and a half for $100 after tax. I found them through Angie's List, but here's a link to some free reviews.

The best in town for the money. Bev is a great hands on owner thats not hard to get in touch with. I use her for free move out cleanings that i pay and prep work for homes coming on the market.
