This is in regards to Williamson county: is there an ordinance against purchasing 5 acres with home and then breaking it up to sell as one acre lots? (no, not us but wondering if people can do it)

They'd have to do a full subdivision plat, which is expensive and thus generally cost-prohibitive for only 5 acres of land.
