I have this same problem living in Texas, but I found the solution.. You can order take out Pizza from Costco..

Tastes just like Round Table.. I put in a couple orders, 10 bucks a pizza and im good..

Native Texan here who grew up in CA on Round Table pizza.

On a recent trip to Austin I stopped by Home Slice Pizza's outside window.
It was the best pizza I've ever had. It made Round Table taste like cardboard in
comparison.

You will not go hungry in TX.
