Oh no she does. Moles are her specialty. Actually every dish she prepared for the class was spicy. I should have stated that her point was that authentic Mexican food is not overwhelmingly spicy to the point it overpowers the food.

OK, I agree if by the word "spicy" you meant it in the sense of "picante"

I love the taco trucks...there's a pretty good one we go to on Cameron just south of Mueller. I'd also highly recommend Polvos.
