Well considering Milwaukee, WI was ranked higher than Austin, I wouldn't put too much faith in that list.

Can't compete with a city that makes lots of beer. These stories are kind of usless anyway. I recall a report putting Montgomery AL near the top of some list.

There's cheap ****ty beer that college kids buy to get drunk and then there's quality beer that actually tastes good. As far as I know, Milwaukee produces nothing but the former.

I don't think Austin is anywhere near a world-class city.

Pay no attention to such rankings.

So according to this, Austin has "sufficient services so as not to be overtly dependent on world cities."

Yay?

Whomever put together that list MUST have been smoking dope. Milwaukee, WI is probably one of the biggest POS crap filled cities in the country. I think all people who murder others should be punished by having to live in Milwaukee. OMG, an absolute DUMP.

Question...when Austin gets listed on a critical mass of "best" lists, will it blow up?......even without a plutonium trigger?

Just a big ke-bang?
