So...anyone know what this is all aboot?
I kinda want to go decorate my own, but I'm not sure if it's organized in any way or by any one, and I don't want to steal someone else's tree!
This is my first Xmas living on 360 so I'm uber excited that I get to enjoy the seemingly random community-inspired decor everyday.

I've been driving 360 for 15 years and it's really increased in the last couple of years. I think I remember an article in the paper last year about how it is illegal (for some odd reason). Thank goodness the Austin Police don't use our tax money to try and catch these "criminals"!
