they are now posted.

one house: the house value went down 4k, the land value magically went up 4k.....? Can I fight that?

two house: house value up 20k, I put in a pool, so does that make sense? what is the normal bump in value for the pool?

I got mine in the mail today. I live in Cat Hollow and my land went down 5k and structures stayed the same. Weird.

Travis is posted as well.

House down $24K from last year land stayed the same (I have 6 acres out in the county).
I'm happy with that.

I live in RR Sonoma. My value went down almost 15k. I'm happy with it since I don't plan on selling for a long time.

Would this information be available somewhere besides TravisCAD? I looked online and found no update for 2009 and no mail as of yet.

I didn't get anything in the mail..I looked online and saw "2009 certified" at the top of the page under "Values". They didn't list the breakdown though further down in the page..just the overall 2009 appraised value.

Thanks - found it.

We seems to have had an across-the-board increase of about 16K through the neighborhood.

WilCo said last week that ~65% decreased, ~25% increased and ~10% stayed the same... mine decreased ~$3k

***Edit - oh, and they also said the average change was near -$2.5k
