Hi All
Has anyone lived in University Village @ Austin. It is a student complex for UTexas 2 exits from downtown along the Riverside area
Address is : 1300 Crossing Place
What are your views of the complex
I need to rent a place to go to ACC Rio Grande campus
I found one in the above mentioned complex but I have read some very bad reviews about it online
I am confused
Please help

With 110 reviews and rating only 2.5 stars. 2.5 stars is not horrible but it is a pretty good indication that a lot of people are unhappy with the place. I'd keep looking. But I suspect that may be pretty average for the area.
I found one with a 3 star rating. 1.2 mi West of University Village.

Just FYI the East Riverside Drive area is one of the higher crime areas in Austin.
If I were going to school at ACC Rio Grande I'd look for an apartment north of there, there are lots around the UT campus.
