The hauler for the #46 team (Michael Annett) caught fire on the way to Texas Motor Speedway.

I-20 in Longview reopens after truck hauling NASCAR vehicles cat - KLTV.com-Tyler, Longview, Jacksonville, Texas | ETX News

Lots of pic's in the article.

One question... Where is the sheet metal skin on the cars? Did it melt off in the fire?

Wrong.
Total domination of the race at Texas by Kesolowsky and then caught up in a mystery debris caution flag and almost totally eliminated from the chase is having a worse week.

2nd Place for worst week Logano exploding a tire 9 laps in.

As bad as it was for Annett, he never had any hope of a decent finish .

Today's race was a perfect example of why the Chasers and non Chasers should have their own points.

Johnson deserved the win but Keselosky deserved first place in the Chaser group.

For Logano, 2 races in to this 3 race round. 1 week some bad luck, another taken out by a competitor with nothing to lose. I would say the score is even.

For Keselowski, I think he will find his way in. He still has more points today than the other chasers. And under the proposed system on another thread here, a win wouldn't have guaranteed moving to the bext round.
