It would be sweet if they shortened the Pocono race to 400 miles and also gave a race to Texas World Speedway, where Greg Biffle went 218mph.

I have to say my views are exactly opposite those of the person who started this thread. Pocono and Michigan are both in my top 5 favorite tracks, and I have to fight to stay awake with short tracks like Bristol. Pocono is so exciting because it's like Daytona with sharper turns, no other superspeedway has 90 degree turns like that.

i think that the restrictor plate raceing leads to more accidents due to the fact that the cars tend to travel in tighter bunches
what i would do is go back to the way it used to be. stock bodied cars, no restrictor plates, and small spoilers, no taller than 2" front ans rear, and the front spoiler can only run half the width of the car. you will find out then who really and cant drive a race car.

400 laps at pocono you really mean that you want to see a race length of 1000 miles?!?!?!?!
