This is NASCAR's plan...having drivers from other states, other than the south, obviously will bring more eyeballs than what you would get just from the southern states.

What?! You mean expand the market?! How absurd! There is absolutely no way there could be any NASCAR fans in other regions who are more hard core than southerners!! Say it ain't so!!

I really hope to see more people of color join NASCAR. We've got Juan Pablo now and he is doing great...you have Brad Daughtery as a part owner and analyst. So it's slowly getting more diversified. There is one black guy in Top Fuel who is doing really good.

I think NASCAR will remail a mostly "white" sport for many more years though.
