Hi All,
I'm moving to Davenport, FL later this month from the UK and got caught speeding by a state trooper in a hire car on the FL turnpike a few days ago.
I have a visa but only a UK driving license at the moment which is what I presented at the time.
I will be taking a US driving test and getting a US license in a few weeks and wondered if there's any link between the two licenses (i.e. if I forget to pay the fine for example would it cause me problems)?

If you are taking the driving test to get a Florida driver's license...pay the fine mate!
