It is, more than anything else, a clear illustration of the fear and contempt that the government has for the citizenry. Every person is now presumed to be guilty, until proven innocent, and there are fewer and fewer restrictions on the inquisitors.

When you fly, you have a legal right to opt out of the full body image scanners. But walking down the street, you apparently have no such right. if there is a van nearby.

I agree. I like to keep my harmful radiation dosages at a minimum as well.
