I think it's amazing no one ever noticed/questioned the noise coming from down there in the garage. I worked at a Hyatt: they have security up and out the butt... there must have been cameras all over... law$uit!
You have to be a complete dumbass to think valet drivers drive nicely with your vehicle. I use to work in auto claims and had several claims where our insured stated her car was damaged due to the valet driver. Problem was, none of them noticed it until they got home. They go back the next day and the valet company says "we didn't do that, you must have done that after you left."
The whole idea of valet drivers p*ss me off. I pay someone to drive MY car with all MY possessions easily accessible to them? When you go to a car wash, they tell you to take all valuable possessions and you can't do that with valet drivers.
Parking lot cameras are a joke. Most of them are way too grainy to even read a license plate.
I used to volunteer for a friend's valet parking company. Didn't see any of that stuff going on. I don't think thhat video is wht typically happens when using valet parking. I'll bet this is not an amatuer video. People would have noticed what was happening and stopped it if it was.

It was taken from someone calling himself " Valet Underground " with clips of different valets screwing with customers cars.
Obviously he made it to post on youtube ... he was bragging about what they did or warning customers...
