When were the last "all new" F-150 and "all new" Toyota Tundra and last "all new" Tacoma released? For example, the 1997 F-150 was a completely new truck compared to the 1996 and the 1998 was pretty similar to the 1997.
When might we expect the next "all new" versions of these trucks?
The last all-new F-150 from the perspective of physical appearance would've been 2004 but mechanically, I'd argue the last all-new F-150 was released this year with 3 new engine options which significantly change the ballgame.
As for the Tundra, likely 2007. As for the Tacoma...it may be 1995!

I know about the 2009+ F-150 Series...I OWN one. I wouldn't argue it's a complete redesign though...it's more of a refreshening than anything. The 2011 is a bigger redesign than the 2009 simply because Ford completely revamped the engines for 2011 which is bigger than anything that happened in the 2009 model year.
I would agree with SpeedyAZ that 2011 was a major year for the F150. Ford often follows a weird cycle wherein they will redesign a vehicle, but launch it with carryover engines and then release the new powertrains a year or two later. For that reason the 2011 is "new" model to me.
The Tundra was all new in 2007 and hasn't been changed much since outside of trim levels. Most expect a re-design in the 2014 timeframe.
The Tacoma was redesigned in 2005 and the current model is based on that platform, with minor tweaks along the way. Rumor holds that the Tacoma will be re-designed for 2012, following on the release of the new 4Runner.
The Sequoia is going to be a casualty of the new CAFE standards and the decreasing interest in large SUV's. Most people think Toyota has a high average fleet MPG, but the reality is that they aren't much better than the Detroit brands and among the worst of the Asian imports. They need to get the average up in order to avoid major fines.
They'd better make a redesign soon - the new Ram is going to be eating up market share. (I really want a Ram.) Ford will stay on top though. Their Ecoboost engine is a pretty amazing combo of power and MPG, but it costs a bit more than other engine options. When gas prices go back up this will be the engine to have. If Ford learned anything, it's to not rest on their laurels. I'm sure they've got something new in the works.

The redesigns go in a cycle, Chevy should be releasing their redesigned Silverado in the next year or two.
