I own the car I have wanted for a long time, and presently I am happy with it, but springtime may be the time to sell it as I have my eye on a corvette that I also want.

I pretty much had most the cars I wanted. I am losing my lust for performance cars and now put comfort above all else. I drive a 2002 Lexus LS430UL. I love the car except I feel like I am driving and old man's car that handles like a tuna boat.
I will be selling my 97 Dodge Viper GTS that I never drive. Part of it was that I modified it so much it is no longer an enjoyable car to drive. 10mpg and is so loud it is a cop magnet.
I think my next car might be something like sportier large sedan.
Whatever gets me from Point A to Point B. Whether that is a hoopty or a brand new muscle car all depends on how much money I have. Unfortunately the Benjamins aren't flying in too fast....hoopty it is.
Yes. I dreamed of owning a Suburban prior to the existence of the Excursion. Then when that came out, I fell in love. My husband bought me one (a gas), but at the time of the purchase we didn't know there was a diesel option (we bought ours right off the lot.) We always loved the diesel version, so we hunted a low mileage one down and bought it (they were no longer making the Excursion by then.)
And now my husband has his dream car, a Porsche Turbo S cabriolet.
Sounds silly, but yes. Ever since I started driving at the age of 16 I was into American sports cars and muscle cars. My favorite car had always been the Camaro, and at that time the 4th generation 1998-2002 Camaros with the LS1's were the newest models. It was my dream car, every time I saw one I envied that person, felt immense jealousy towards them. Finally, after I got a decent job I was able to afford one.
Just starting the car up and feeling the car shake and rumble with that 350 V8 was enough to send shivers down my spine! First V8 car I had ever driven, it was a lot of power to learn to respect. I went from a 200HP 3.8 Monte Carlo to a 350HP 5.7 Camaro. I try to remind myself as often as I can that this was my dream car, and now I have it, brings a grin to my face.
Now, since I'm older, I have loftier goals and dream cars. My Camaro was always my very first dream car, but Corvettes appeal to me more now.
I own the car I wanted 2 years ago. I have plans to replace it this year.
